Chalet

DAY 2

We woke up around 7-9am in the morning.

I think if im not wrong this was taken in the morning.

HAHA very funny.

Thats clem with the towel over his head like some malay. LOL

In case no one could tell thats him haha.

After that we headed to JP for some brunch. [breakfast-lunch]

Then we suddenly decided we got nothing to do.

Super Duper early,

SOOOOOOOooo...

We went to watch the movie Ghosts of Girlfriend's past together.

This show was hmmm okay uh, about marraige. loll

watch yourself to know the rest.

Before going into the movies, we had two lucky draw we could play

with to see what we could win and guesss what?!~

We won a 1 for 1 trip to the STAR CRUISEEE!!!~~

Then off to service for a happening great time with the celebrities!~

Red carpet flowing into cafe at level four,

throngs of people begin to crowd in to have a glimpse of the stars.

FIR, Liu Geng Hong were there to strut their stuffs

share their astounding testimonies to impact the hearts of the people.

AND then we have ngoi's arrivall

along later with linda and winnie. haha.

Chalet
Day 1~

We reached the HTNS adventure chalet!~

The leaders gave us a briefing before we settle down and

look what is kacin and edison doing? haha

and andrea scratching her head?! LOL

We are on our way to Song of Soloman Bible Study!

Jeff as usual with his trademark twist. haha

and andrea n huizhen n me dunno why laughing hysterically. LOL

Finally we reached bt batok MRT,

and see clement n jeff, dunno doing what nonsense,

trying to act like throwing bottles or acting like superman. HAHA

Kacin wanted to take the pictures like they were moving.

but apparently this is how the shot came out.

YAY! its none other than our beloved KACIN!!

Song of Soloman bible study was great!

We learnt about growing love between us and God.

and our love for each other in W519 continuesd to grow as well!

Heya!

On Thurs 11 June, W519 had our FIRST sharing session cum prayer meeting!
It was indeed a great time together and had an awesome bonding too!

Our girls had a time dedicated to sharing our creative ideas for the connect group
and had some chatting too at huizhen's house.
Then we went over to my house for the official SHARING
by our new beloved CGL Clement!

He addressed a few issues, concerning armour bearing and humility.
milki joined us too and was saying amen ALOT. lolll.
we really felt the presence of God in the place.
and we learnt alot.

Armour bearing was really to stand in the gap and
to act as a shield for the CG and our leaders.
Humility a time to really humble ourselves and learn.
Clement talked about accountability too.
How we need to account in order to receive help and protection.

Also we prayed for a few items:

celebrity weekend
Nfs
Chalet

It was an enjoyable time because after that we went for churchwide PM together
and had alot of fun in the bus, talking nonsense and crapping. HAHA

Let's continue to grow together!

Our long awaited Chalet is here!!
I cant wait for it!

Those who have not paid $10, please pass to me or to our boss clement when we meet.
Please take note we'll be collecting another $2.50,

Hey everyone! Just read Pastor Kong's blog and was greatly impacted by his latest post. Want to share with you all. Let us not feel that we're too young for revival, King Josiah was only 15 when he started out. Let's be a "Josiah" of our generation!

Now before him there was no king like him, who turned to the LORD with all his heart, with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the Law of Moses; nor after him did any arise like him. 2 Kings 23:25

During Josiah’s reign, Judah experienced its greatest revival years since the days of David and Solomon. What precipitated the great move of God? First of all, when Josiah was only 16 years old, he was seeking the Lord with all his heart (2 Chr. 34:3). Every revival starts by hungry hearts seeking God with great fervency.

Secondly, a revival always involves repentance and cleansing. When Josiah was 20 years old, he began to clean up Judah and Jerusalem, destroying the heathen altars and the shameful idols on the hills.

Thirdly, when he was 26 years old, Josiah started repairing the house of the Lord (34:8). To seek God’s kingdom first means that His house must become the First House in your life. The house of God is the gate of heaven (Gen. 28:17). Everything you do should be arranged around His house.

Fourthly, there was a restoration of God’s Word. As the workers were cleaning the temple, they found an obscure book that no one had ever heard of-the Bible. As the king listened to his secretary read the Scriptures, he was moved by the fear of the Lord (2 Kin. 22:11). He then read out all the words of the Book of the Covenant in the hearing of the people (23:2).

Fifthly, every revival needs a good spiritual leader. Huldah the prophetess said of Josiah, “Because your heart was tender, and you humbled yourself before the LORD when you heard what I spoke against this place and against its inhabitants, that they would become a desolation and a curse, and you tore your clothes and wept before Me, I also have heard you” (22:19).

Sixthly, Josiah moved the whole nation toward God. He motivated all the people to follow the Lord and keep His commandments with all their heart and soul (23:3).

Seventhly, Josiah restored true worship among the people. He organized the most elaborate Passover celebration ever since the days of judges (23:22-23). Josiah was such an outstanding king that “before him there was no king like him, who turned to the LORD with all his heart, with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the Law of Moses; nor after him did any arise like him” (23:25). Would you decide to rise up to be a “Josiah” of your generation?
